Cancellation Policy
Once you have booked your Adventure and the dates have been approved, a 50% deposit of the total Adventure cost will be required to secure your scheduled date(s) on our calendar. Once the deposit has been paid, we will be committed to preparing for your Adventure.
Therefore, if for reasons not the fault Critter Gitter Outfitters LLC., deposits will not be refunded as a general rule.
We do understand that there are certain uncontrollable circumstances such as illness, accidents, death in the family etc.. In such cases half of the deposit may be returned at the sole discretion of Critter Gitter Outfitters LLC. upon the receipt of acceptable proof.
All decisions are final and a written notice will be sent.
